Payment plan for full body models

I take payment in the following milestones:♡ Full design fee before I start designing, if applicable
♡ 20% of the model fee before I start the sketch (phase 1)
♡ 80% of the model fee before I start the finished model (phase 2)Phase 2 may be split into a payment plan at your convenience.
I will not start working until the current milestone is paid.No refunds for completed phases.
Partial refunds may be discussed for ongoing phases.

Disclaimer

I don't take male model requests at the moment!I will consider if my artstyle and skills are a good fit for your design!

However, if your model doesn't fit under at least one of these I might not be as interested in taking on a large scale project at the moment.I'd love to work on models with various body types and skin tones :)

Process

Current ETA: WAITLIST with work beginning in July and delivery in August/September.There will be lots of back and forth on this project! I work steadily, so updates (usually screencaps) will be sent once a week on Sunday. I will probably reach out at other times if I have questions or concerns and you're welcome to contact me anytime for questions or update requests!I will send the initial sketch within 2 weeks of receiving and confirming your request. This will be the time to ask for major adjustments to the pose and design.I will be fairly open to revisions through the rest of the process but please keep them reasonable (ex.: I don't mind changing the shape or color of something if you think it looks off, but avoid completely adding or removing design elements once approved if possible.)

Terms of Service

GENERALPlease do not move forward with payment if you don't agree with my process and TOS! By commissioning me you automatically agree to the following terms.1- Clients may use the commissioned artwork commercially and as stream assets.2- Partial payment will be requested upfront via VGEN before I start working on your commission.3- No refunds for completed phases. Partial refunds may be discussed for ongoing phases.4- All communication will be done through VGEN.5- No major adjustment requests to the design once the sketch is approved.BLANK BASEI draw a unique blank/nude base (fully cut) for every model I make so that it's easier to go back and add new toggles, hairstyles, outfits, etc. This base can only be used if I'm the one drawing your new outfit and/or hairstyle. If you'd like to go with another artist for future models, that is of course totally okay with me, but they will have to draw it from scratch. This only applies to art and not rigs.You will receive a PNG file of this blank base (around 1500px tall). This can be for personal use (ex. drawing over it for references), but the full sized cut file of the blank base itself will stay with me unless agreed otherwise.COPYRIGHT & RESELLINGYou have full ownership over the character once the model is complete. Please credit me as your model artist or mama.
